Order Processing Policy
Can I make changes or edits to my order?

You can make changes or cancel your order within 6 hours. After this timeframe, the order will be transferred to the printing and production facility and cannot be modified due to automated processes. Please note that Msix Apparel is unable to support order cancellations after production is completed.

Order in Production
How to handle delayed production orders?

Each product from Msix Apparel has a committed production time. Over 95% of orders meet this production time commitment. In special cases, if your order exceeds the committed production time by more than 10 working days, please contact cs@msixfurmily.com for assistance.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Tracking shows successful delivery, but you haven't received your package.

Msix Apparel does not process refunds or reprints for orders with tracking showing successful delivery. Please contact the shipping carrier (USPS/UPS, DHL, etc.) for more information regarding the delivery process, including the GPS location of the package.

No new tracking updates for an extended period

Msix Apparel will process refunds in the following case:

  • For Standard Shipping, if the tracking stops updating for 10 working days or the order is not delivered within 21 working days from the shipping date.

Order delivered to the wrong address

If the order is delivered to an address different from the one provided by the customer, we will process a refund or reprint as per the customer's request.

Unsuccessful delivery and returned to sender

Msix Apparel does not support reprints or refunds for returns due to address or recipient-related issues. Not all verified addresses in the app can guarantee successful delivery. Returns generally occur due to missing important information in the address, such as apartment/suite/unit numbers or buzz codes for buildings, or recipient-related reasons like Vacant, Addressee Unknown, or Refused.

In cases where the address is accurate, valid, and the reason for return cannot be determined, Msix Apparel will process a refund or reprint for these orders.

Please note that Msix Apparel's refund policy does not apply to orders with Skip Verification addresses.

Carrier notifies the loss of the order

Msix Apparel will process refunds or reprints for orders lost during shipping. Please email Msix Apparel at cs@msixfurmily.com for immediate assistance

Product-related Issues
Received product does not match the order or is defective

In the event that the received product that does not match the order or is defective, Msix Apparel will process a refund/reprint. Please contact cs@msixfurmily.com for assistance.

Please provide photographs of the received product to allow us to review your case and facilitate quality control purposes.

Msix Apparel does not allow modifications for reprinting orders.

Missing Items in the Shipment

In the event that a shipped order is missing items, Msix Apparel will resend the missing items. Please contact cs@msixfurmily.com for assistance.

Quality Issues with the Received Product

If the received product has quality issues such as blurry or faded prints, Msix Apparel will process a refund/reprint. Please contact cs@msixfurmily.com or use the chat box on the app for assistance.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at cs@msixfurmily.com.

Please note that Msix Apparel's refund policy does not apply to force majeure situations. We will provide official notifications if such situations occur.
